The Seller

These terms govern purchases made from Birretta, operated by:

[YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME]
[YOUR ADDRESS]
[YOUR VAT NUMBER IF APPLICABLE]
Email: hello@birretta.eu

Age Restriction

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to purchase from Birretta. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.

Products

All our beers are alcoholic beverages. Product descriptions, ABV percentages and tasting notes are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in flavour and appearance may occur between batches — this is the nature of small-batch craft brewing.

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed and paid for via PayPal. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as offered through our PayPal checkout.

Delivery

Please see our Delivery Policy for full details on shipping timelines, costs and restrictions. Delivery is to the address provided at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@birretta.eu with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

As our products are perishable consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns of opened or undamaged products. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We are not responsible for any harm arising from the consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly. See our Drink Responsibly page for guidance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
