Please note: the import of alcoholic beverages is subject to local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving alcohol by post is permitted in your country or region.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Italy: 2–3 working days
- EU countries: 3–7 working days

Packaging

Tracking

Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the carrier will [leave a card / attempt redelivery / leave with a neighbour — adjust as applicable]. We cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@birretta.eu with your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
