The Beer
The Pilsner is a style defined by its apparent simplicity — and that simplicity is what makes it so technically demanding. There is nowhere to hide. Every ingredient, every temperature, every day of conditioning is visible in the glass.
Birretta Pilsner will bring that uncompromising clarity to the low ABV world. Clean Pilsner malt, noble hops, cold-conditioned to a crystal finish. At around 3%, it is the ultimate session beer — something you can drink all evening and still feel exactly as you should.

Appearance: Brilliantly clear pale gold with a fine white head.
Aroma: Fresh grain, subtle floral hop, a hint of lemon zest.
